• Database Entry and Management.
• Determine the requirements by working with customers.
• Solves problems by clarifying customer queries/complaints/issues; Research and answer and search for alternative solutions; Implementing solutions; Growing uncertain problem.
• Acting as a direct liaison between the company and its existing and potential markets.
