We have the Urgent Hiring for CFO - CA - CS

Education:- CA and CS should be qualified

CTC:- up to 1.2 million

Job Profile:-

Manage regular accounts in compliance with accounting standards. Administration of statutory tax complaints including service tax, VAT, TDS, luxury tax (Maharashtra and Goa), dividend distribution tax, and income tax. Employees handling related complaints including Provident Fund, ESI, and Profession Tax. Leading role in finalizing quarterly as well as annual accounts. Submitting quarterly and annual accounts to the legal department for compliance with SEBI and MCA guidelines and publishing the same in magazines and newspapers which monitor regular stock and lender compliance with banks against CC and OD facilities.
