• Should have handled commercial sales for Real Estate.
• Should have handled complete end-to-end sales, i.e. customer search, broker coordination, site visit, negotiation, documentation, and closure.
• Tactfully reaching out to the prospective customer.
• Create and constantly build and refine prospect database based on inputs from the various channels.
• Generate leads through cold calling.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc
