Post Title:- Branch Manager / Senior Branch Manager - SMC
Location:- Hindupur / Warangal / Hyderabad / Bhimavaram / Kurnool

Age (minimum to maximum):- 30-38 years
Experience (Minimum to Maximum):- 5-10 years
Specific qualification requirement, if any (eg: CA, LLB):- Graduate. Preferably M.B.A.
Industry Preference (Insurance, Telecom, BFSI):- Life Insurance
Position Summary:-
- Recruitment of a team of sales managers and the creation of agency.
- Managing a team of sales managers.
- the sales manager at the initial level, responsible for the productivity of the sales manager.
- Responsible for the team's confirmation criteria.
Key Accountabilities:-
Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with teams, customers (internal and external)
- Support day-to-day operations of sales
- Managing sales and sales-related activity on the channel.
Channel Support and Sales Process Management
- Manage sourcing, processing and issuing, postal issuance customer issues (if any)
- Financially manage relationships including meeting sales goals, sales promotion activities, timely support, and correct commission coordination
Training and Product Support
- Facilitate ongoing training and skill development for employees and employees on the channel
- Ensure delivery of all mandatory training.
- Administrative and control functions
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the team is engaged in business objectives and results.
- Develop and implement initiatives to inspire and retain high-performing talent.
- Adherence to regulatory and compliance norms -
- Ensure adherence to the code of conduct prescribed by IRDA and Life Insurance Council.
- Ensure improvements in all financial and administrative systems.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms.

- High level of presentation and communication skills and ability to interact and manage with the team and financial advisors.
