- Part of the CRM team
- Handling customers regarding registries and possession.
- New bookings and payment receipt entries, issuance of allotment letters, and receive letters and demand letters in preparation for builder buyer agreements.
- Maintained and updated files, databases, records, and other documents; And performed routine analysis and processing of data
- Consolidate various data, prepare MIS report
- Questions raised by customers related to their unit and resolved as soon as possible
- Preparation of reports of cancellation of flats and transferring cases.
- Connecting with customers, listening to their various types of complaints and forwarding their requests / complaints to the concerned authorities
- Checking bank related documents for housing loan
