Job Description:-

Post:- Assistant Manager Purchase

Responsibility:-

• Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.
• Determine delivery of materials on quantity and time.
• Handling imports and domestic purchases of zippers, sliders, accessories, and fittings that are planned against customer orders.
• Daily monitoring of all stocks and ordering accordingly to avoid material shortages and improve internal stakeholders' satisfaction.
• Responsible for sourcing suppliers, forecasting material requirements, estimating risk factors, and daily handling of material feeding.
• Close negotiation with craft negotiation strategies and optimal conditions.
• Maintaining strong vendor relationships and licenses with the Finance Department to ensure fair transactions.
• Manage activities to obtain 100% OTD for all materials related to the order and to proceed in case of any material discrepancies.
• Reducing non-moving shares every month through an effective CFT approach with designers and the sampling department.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify balance changes in buyer-supplier power.
• Monitoring and forecasting upcoming levels of demand.
• Maintain a record of ordered and received the merchandise.
• Familiar with company needs.
• Ordering Supplies.
• Oversees Supply Chain Management.

For Requirements:-

• Experience working in SCM and Sourcing Leather Goods Industry.
• Familiar with sourcing and vendor management.
• The habit of conversation and networking.
• Vendor management software work experience.
