Contribute to the overall growth of the company to ensure collection efficiency.
- Responsible for calling the customer and reminding them of payment.
- Responsible for acting as a bridge between field officers and team leaders.
- Responsible for consistent adherence to payment of arrears.
- Continually work to correct the billing error.
- Responsible for analysis and response to unpaid accounts.
- Follow up for reactivation of inactive accounts.
Main Results Area:-
- Contribute to the profitability of the company in terms of customer and ensure 100% collection.
- The value generated from a continuous business with desired customer satisfaction.
- Should have Graduate or equivalent Degree.
- Must have at least 1 - 6 years of relevant work experience in English voice procedure.
- Tele-calling, customer care, or calling - Outbound and inbound experience. (Voice process)
- Must have experience handling MS Excel, MIS or strong experience with MS Word
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners or maximum notice period of 15 days
Preferred Language:- English and Tamil (Hindi, Telugu or Kannada will be an added advantage)
Job Location:- MRC Nagar
Week Off:- 6 days work and 1-day rotational week off / rotational day shift.
