We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a Real Estate broking Company.

Job Title:- Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:-

• Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation: You will use digital marketing (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads for our co-working and managed office solutions business on a large scale.
• Ownership of marketing metrics: You will deploy digital marketing budgets on key metrics such as cost of checks, cost of site visits.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and brainstorm on new and creative development strategies.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate against goals (ROI and KPI)
• Build, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• The candidate should be from the real estate industry.
• The candidate must have experience in lead generation campaigns for the real estate industry.
• Experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, Photoshop, and video editing tools will be an added advantage.
